Hello,
This is the first time I actually participate in the discussion. When I read "Our Ultimate Reality", there are different kinds of "OBE"s. One is astral travel, that some people will be aware their body, hands and legs and so on. The other kind is etheric travel. According to Adrian, etheric body is denser than astral body.
My experience may be in the nature of etheric travel , but I am not too sure since I never paid any attention to my physcial body at all. I will have floating sensation and then off I flew past my window on the bedroom, every session I will travel to different scenery. I seemed to never aware of any of my physcial part. So my question is that, is there another kind of OBE called Mind Travel or Mind Projection? So, with mind projection, it will be just our Mind that was off to the excursion. There is no astral or etheric body involved! When the floating sensation stopped, I was back to my senses, aware and conscious.
Is that Mind Projection? Thanks!

I would say that there is because I have many times experienced something like you are describing, where it is more than remote viewing but to the conscious level where your fully able to interact with the surroundings. I don’t know the what the answer to your question would be so I guess I am asking the same question.

Hello, although I've never had a obe myself I HAVE read extensively on them and have been trying to acheive one now for around two years. I think, others will probably tell me im wrong(and i very well could be) but i think that your probably having what used to be known as a real time astral/ehterical projection, Anyway, the reason why you dont notice any physical part, is becuase your astral/ether bodies aren't the same as your body. Actually while in the astral body you have the ability to see 360 degrees. Even though you dont have "eyes." in the same way you can move even though you dont have "legs" per say. Hope this helped a little.

Yes it really does dishearten you, but according to the LOA I try to not let it get to me and just keep telling myself I am able to leave the body. The closest I've been is very very strong vibes, and one time I could see myself from behind for about 3 seconds. So I know it's possible, I just cant quite stay out long enough for it to be enjoyable yet.

My case is even worse
I have been trying for 4 years, and never had ANY kind of satisfaction at ALL.
All I had is a little lucidity in my dreams.
When I start to become lucid, I immediately awake...
Recently I have heard of phasing and I know, and have full faith in my success with phasing. Not because of the Law of Attraction. It is just a feeling, an impression that phasing will be my key to the Astral.
All I need is motivation.
(P.S: My post is totally out of subject)

Hello Lyes,
I've been away for a while. Computer's get sick too. (UGH!! VIRUSES!!) but, I've finally gotten it fixed. Don't be down that you haven't achieved what you would've liked to, yet. If you think you haven't gotten any satisfaction, then you won't get any. Law of Cause and Effect. Thoughts are things my friend. The feeling, and knowing that phasing will be your "key" to the astral is the same thing you need to believe, and KNOW beyond a doubt when you try to project or have a O.B.E.
Just my opinion(way past when it should have been given).
Hope maybe that helped a little

I think they can, ha. Hope that means that they can indeed. I didn't have much luck for a long time, then after hearing about phasing had some pretty mind boggling experiences. Still want to fully project though.
