Ususally i lay on the floor with hands and feet apart, open palms facing the ceiling.
I always get close to having AP but never finish. but I will try YOur method too.

Dear Baron & Emon

Nobody wants to be too tall or too short! A regular height is desired. We deserve to be expressed how we feel most comfortable. The question is how do we become taller or shorter, skinner or fatter, darker or lighter and so on.

Emon you have the advantage here. People have grown taller before. If you are a teenager eat more nutrient rich foods otherwise try hypnosis.

I know that Higher Vibrations are torn apart & magnetically attracted to make the "matter" realm we live in. However I don't know how the Source does this. To bring objects back with you such as the clothing you were wearing in the Astral sounds possible yet far fetched to be honest.

I've been living in a daydream yet my life isn't the daydream. I have to be honest now.

Greetings all,
My first projection and many after that were not planned,the first happened when after a long trip to Pennsylvania to see a friend I was so tired that I layed on the floor and all the sudden calmness and lifting above the physical body,I looked down on myself and thought I had died,then I remebered someone along time ago told me of the silver cord and as soon as I thought about that POOF I was back in again.
As a child my parents worked for Northrup and NASA and they took me in for many strange tests after I had walked out into the mojave desert and didnt come home for 3 days,I feel asleep under some tumble weeds and went home to find I was gone 3 days.
They did all kinds of tests on me, one I remember most was putting needles all over my body,head to toe.still dont know why.But it seems to me I projected at the moment I lay down to sleep in the desert.Can anyone put some incite into this for me? All the tests like esp tests and such,this lasted weeks.

Hi my name is Katrina, i have been interested in astral travelling for many years, i am aware that i can project spontaneously, and can recollect travels at times. but cant seem to project at will. on the times i do manage to nearly get out, i can feel my astral body moving and vibrating and get a nice floatie feeling, i think the awareness that im nearly out puts me back. I do have recollection of some astral travels where im flying over water to the destination i knew i was going to but no recollection of how i actually got out, then again i think yay im travelling and i end up back. another experience i quite often have is that slamming like a bolt of lightening jolt into my body. I was hoping that someone could help with a method of getting out of my body, i have meditated for years and have patience that good things take time, also if someone could explain exactly what that massive electric jolt actually is? I would appreciate and gratefully recieve any opinions. thankyou

They said the best method is to wake up early in the morning then go back to sleep with something called the sleep timer. I tried that but I just slept through the sleep timer.

i understand there is no time, distance on astral planes as that is a physical concept, if during astral projection we are entering our own mind, then how can a friend see me from the other side of newzealand in real time and tell me what i was doing and the conversation i was having with another friend at that time, does that mean our consciousness can span the width of the universe and we just look through a window at the right point to see in real time adrian? and is bi-locating the same thing, expanding mind and looking through a window at the right point?
