Hello Ellika,
Welcome to the forums.
hello
First time poster, receiver of newsletters. Great work, Adrian.
I would like to point out, from personal experience that:
yes, feeling positive is an important part of manifesting. however, please be very wary of that requirement of negating all negative thoughts and emotions. There is a place for everything. Without darkness, there is no light. And.. if you keep repressing negativity, it will still manifest, either in your body or within your immediate sphere of existence. Do not fall into a self blame game, which took so much of my time and energy: well, if I manifested this, then this means I am not doing anything properly, therefore it is my FAULT. There is a bit difference between fault and responsibility. Most of us have wounded egos. A wounded ego is not one that needs to be destroyed or taken out of commission. It's an unwanted child constantly nagging at you and manipulating you, because it wants love and attention. Childrent, as innocent as they are, can be the most manipulative and cruel creatures, as I hope you know. But, it's only love towards yourself, and forgiveness, and WHOLENESS, and acceptance of your own Shadow that will get you somewhere. As wonderful as positivity is, it is impossible to generate it the whole time, just as there has to be bad weather to accentuate the good. Release your emotions, even the 'bad' ones. Actually, there is no such thing as BAD emotions. To let them go and move up to the good ones, you need to acknowledge them first, NOT repress them.
Thanks.
Yes you are correct, and thank you for your excellent opening contribution.
The human language is sometimes inadequate to convey what we wish to convey.
I have said many times in newsletter and elsewhere that there is no "bad" or "good" there is only
Experience. "Bad" and "good" are human constructs born out of a very limited temporal perspective, without seeing the infinite chain of causes and effects that gave rise to the situation they are judging.
Repressing negativity is to acknowledge that it exists, thereby giving life to it.
That said, and again you are absolutely correct in your observations, humans still have to make choices which will ultimately help them to evolve as opposed to regress, the ultimate objective being perfection. So we should choose those things that are consistent with those objectives and reject everything else - but in rejecting them we are simply exercising a choice - not making a judgement - this is why Divine Providence gave us freewill.
As a single parent of my 3 sons for the last 14 years - they are now teenagers - I am only too familar with how they can be

But as I have said before - children are among our greatest teachers. I have learned so much from mine - I do not mean in terms of knowledge - although it surprises even me what they do know - I mean in terms of presenting me with opportunities to make the right choices and react in the right way. I have made mistakes certainly - but it is only in making these mistakes that we evolve, and I always admit and highlight my mistakes to my children so they can learn from those mistakes and hopefully not make the same ones. In turn they saved my life - with 2 minutes to spare - a few years back, and i amsure we all learned from that experience.
But yes - these are only observations - what you say is true, and goes to highlight how restricted language is at times, and also what a fine line we tread.
In Love and Light,
Adrian.
