Hello Laura,

I am very curious how you arrived at this conclusion of affirmations being detrimental to incarnation if used prior to knowing Self.
I am really am just curious.

Honestly I didn't come to the conclusion.
The info just come to upon me.
And is logical just think about it. Look at it as 'purification' ..or deleting from our consciousness erroneous desires - or things that we think we want but are not part of what we really are.

all the false beliefs taken from all around us ever since we were born are like a fog engulfing us in wanting to be 'something' in this world, something that we feel we are not adequate, good enough,

When the fog clears and we see ourselves exactly as we are very soon after comes the realisation that 'what we think we are not' is actually what helps us evolve. The 'difficulty' functioning as a 'catapult'.  Because our primary mission is to awaken and evolve. And when that happens we 'know' and we 'see' that affirmations are not necessary at all.

But if we do them before, as you said we can potentially change into self that is not really what we are and forego that experience that we look at as a difficulty but in the long run it may be a blessing in disguise;
and what's worse we could never really get to what we really are: our specific individuality. Because although we are One we are individualised aspects of the One.

Yes, it is very logical.
" I am wise enough to know - I want to know nothing. " Until you know you first.
It cannot be the authentic Laura if she is reciting an affirmation becuase the energy of the affirmation changes the original energy. An affirmation can alter the original design as software alters your original hard drive. A silent running program.

Okay here is a better way of putting it.  Affirmations can/could enlarge or solidify our ego (illusory self)

Hi All
I am using the Abyss audio. In the manual Adrian mentioned the different "brainwave states" in the audio piece.

I would like to lengthen or shorten some of the "states" to maintain certain states eg. concentation either for longer or shorter periods.

I assume its illegal to edit the piece, but I would like to know if these audio "phases" are available separately.
If it is allowed to edit, can anyone supply me with the timeframes each "phase' start?

Not able to offer much answer to the questions. Am sure Adrian or another more versed in phases will pop in here.

I've used the Audacity program in many ways, to cut and paste certain audio's with success. Takes a practice session or more to master Audacity though.

Do a search with 'Abyss'  at the top and all posts related will show.

I downloaded the software (audacity) and installed it according to directions.  I confirmed the install worked and it started.  I then copied the plug-ins and get errors when I start the program.  The error states "...lame_enc.dll is either not designed to run on windows or it contains an error...".  I am running Windows Vista and have tried changing the com patability mode to every value.  If I change com patability to windows 98, it will load with no errors, but when I try to import audio - the program just ends.

I've noticed some downloaded zip files get corrupted in the process. Vista, yikes, I've found that program to be like, tying ones shoe strings with boxing gloves on. Anyway give this a try.

I have to say that Mind Power Studio's despite how in depth the instructions is one complicated experience! I finally got it all figured out but can't combine all three of the products into one Track. Not only that but I ran out of space on my PC! How Ironic.

Hi Sebas,
Suggest that you experiment with only one minute of recording.
You can add as many as you desire, individual tracks.
These then can be mixed into the main track.
Binaural tracks is a whole special process. Not able to answer your question as asked.
As I recall, I made no real progress with Audacity, until I practiced with one minute segments.

Unable time wise to give a comprehensive reply here, but do some deletes of saved Audacity's raw files. Had experienced  the rapid usage of hard disk space also. I rapidly learned to save to ONE special location to see what Audacity was saving files, name wise.
Those raw files eat up HUGE amounts of MB's. I've combined as many as five tracks, is a steep learning curve.
