Please explain how to use. I have burned to my own CD and I have the titles of each selection and the running time. What I was wondering is -- how to use. Tips and suggestions, please. Which track is best for meditation, healing, abundance,....  Thank you. |

If I'm not mistaken abyss is just one long track (at least that is all I downloaded). Basically abyss is more of a general tool from what I gather. It aids in altering your brainwaves so that you can achieve whatever your goal is to achieve whether it be meditate, astral project, heal, or something else entirely.

From Craig Originally it was posted on the Astral Pulse forum, in one of the Sticky Astral Projection topics. I've downloaded that original version for free, and you probably still can (or perhaps not...). It was larger & longer then the one provided with Ultimate Reality. The newer version does have an integrated high tone however, that steadily becomes lower and lower until you hardly notice it in the end. The old version does not have this extra tone. The extra tone was probably meant to guide you to 'go deeper' or fall lower and lower, if you are imagining going down in an elevator or falling down as being a feather. At least, that's my guess  |

Hi ya all
I am a new user of the book and the ABBYS<i must say..it is amazing,listenning to the ABBYS as well as the book it self>.Just have a couple of concerns...
I am not sure how to describe this..but tow nights in a row now..i have the warm feeling while listenning to the abbys and then my heart starts to pound os loud and hard that i loose concentration on the task at hand.<like i loose my focus on my Third eye>.
I am not sure if this is a pre- to OBE or AP...and/or is part of it...but it is really making hard for me to concentrate after this event.
It is not like i am affraid of this as the matter of fact i welcome it , but my hear pounds so hard that i can hear my heart louder than the ABBYS .
Can anyone <especially the creator of this great and awsome tech.>let me know what i am doing wrong and how to go about fixing this issue so it wont interfer with the progress that i have longed for a while.

[/b] The heart pounding sensation is an extremely good sign! This isn't your physical heart pounding, it is your heart chakra. It is specifically energy as a result of your focussing on the track and externalising your focus. When this happens you can either continue to focus on your brow chakra or you can focus on your heart chakra and immerse yourself in the sensations by totally focussing on them. If you can focus on your heart chakra then there is every chance of experiencing an OBE. Best regards, Adrian. |

Hello Adrain
This is related to my previous subject<can any one help>.
I have been trying to AP for a quite some time. After getting to the stage of very hard heart pounding and consulting this with you.I tried to get myself really involved in the feeling of the pounding sensation.Unfortunatly...now i have REM at a pace that ,it feels like my eyes are going to open and this is while my heart is pounding. But after a few seconds ,The window is oppurtunity has closed on me and i am unable to proceed.
Adrain, now ,I dont even get to the heart pounding sensation...i am so conciously looking for the sign ,that it comes in a split second and then, it is gone.
I am just wondering..may be i am doing something wrong, the first couple of times..i had only gotten maybe about a 3hrs of sleep ,and then when i tried to AP,I was very productive.but the last couple of times,i have been sleeping for about 6hrs<is this why>.
Also....how do i do it properly ,while i am listening to the ABYSS cd,Is this when i try to relax my body or before listenning to it? and the same question goes about the breathing technique.
I am just really confused as to what i am doing wrong.I do realize that thinking about it and worrying about it is actually counter productive, It is just that i am so keen about this that when i do not achive this, i am having not so very good day.
If you can give me some guide lines and please be specific as my english is ..how you say it....not so very good .
I am very ..i mean very glad that i finally got the chance to get a hold of this incrediable CD as well the book..that i want to start my path to a better being ASAP.
With having kind and knowledgeable individuals such as yourslef...i am surprized , why the big bosses of the world<instead of adding salt to the wound>are not recommending sessions from you and individuals like us ,who are looking to better \themselves and the whole man kind,
I would really appreciate this if you can help me out , as there are afew things that i need to find out for my self in the Astral World and beyond.I am confident that with your help and Guidance..it is only a matter of time.

Hello Astral Man,
First of all, after awaking early in the morning but about three hours before you would normally awake is the best time for projecting. Full details of how to do this are in Our Ultimate Reality as you know.
You have to find the time that is best for you based upon your usual sleeping patterns. Setting your alarm clock for different times is a good way to start. You need to ensure however that you do not let your mind go back to sleep. The objective is to let your body go back to sleep while your mind remains awake. Affirmations can assit in this process as well repeating something like "I remain completely aware as my body goes to sleep".
As for Abyss, it is extremely powerful. The idea is to focus on the sounds to the exclusion of everything else and keep your mind clear. Do not for example think to yourself "is this having an effect yet" or similar.
Also binaurals are progressive, so the more you listen to Abyss the better.

Hi Adrian Yea..you are right about that..i am expecting it t o happen<as it had started to happen the first afew tries>.like looking for the serge of warm fellings before my heart starts to race. But i am going to put your suggestions into motion. And you are absolutly right....The Abyys is the best <by far>BInary Beats that i have had the chance to listen to <i have listened to Hol-sync..nocked me out to sleep, And also all sort of different BWG files for a quite some time>and i find it the most amazing piece of work and Tech. so far.  I am gratefull for replies and will be practicing it every night after only 3hrs of sleep. Thank you for your help. Peace out S |
