Well I have never had a habitual desire to eat to that extent. I only eat once per day anyway - in the evening, and sometimes I forget altogether and wake up the next day thinking whoops - forgot to eat yesterday

The thing to keep in Mind when it comes to hunger is that you are not resisting your stomach but rather the Subconscious Mind, so it is just a case of re-programming your Subconscious Mind not to eat.

After 6 weeks I could have gone on forever but decided that I do like eating fruits etc.

Oh wow this thread becomes more and more personalized.
I guess we all know how passionate is Adrian about not eating meat, eggs, milk and onions …lol.
Truth is the first time I got his letters I said in my silent voice: “Oh, wow is this guy weird or what? I mean come on it sounds great and idealistic but at practical level... hmmm who can do that. Realistically.” 
Yet here I am 2 years gave up on eating any moving, flesh that seemingly has a higher form of autonomical life. And here I am now on my 4rd vegan day . Ha Adrian you are not the only weird one. 

Don't worry - lots of people think I am weird But they only think like that because I do not conform to what they regard as "normal".

Keep it up - you are doing really well.

Given by myself first choice as I arise in the New Dawning of each day, 'You drive Supreme Spirit, and I'll just hang out with you vibin', listenin' to tunes and then silence. I am comfortable and InJoying the view with you in Silence. I don't have to make any comments with you because you and I vibe. No words are neccessary.

It's a 'Watch this!' I can take this curve at the speed of sound!!' Who do you share your very Being and essence with?

Someone you have No Fear or qualms or hidden secret skeleton's with. You are totally exposed to the mirror.

I say, in Loving return, you're telling me this because ... why? ? I am a`nother me in you.  I can hold to the same ideals to hold up the structure of Being the 'other' side.

I'm just not there anymore. I do not need to do anything I am everything I am doing by Being.

Enlightened Beings do not eat animals?!? Well, then we are ALL doomed. Yes we are.

Buddha was Be - Fore - Jesus. Who was BE - Fore any of the 'Enlightened Beings', that's what I mean by seeing behind the veil.

Do I really need to answer this for anyone? Not really. So I again. In transition I agree (empathize) and I disagree (companion) you. No matter what you think. say. do.

Jesus moved us forward by taking his brother Budda into himself and expanding on this Light In Me.

  How does one spell normal!?! I InJoy all truly. Open hands, Open Mind and Open Heart.

Who would I leave out?

We truly are One Race, One Family. And yet as we go about our day, we see color all around us. I guess what may be misunderstood here in my sharing is, I have come to a place where I realize that no matter what one's perspective may be, only Source has the whole view and if we say all is Perfect then is this being shared based on our perspective? Well, yes. Now in this understanding, how many of us are there, how many perspectives? Source has perspective? Hmmm... I see it personally as Source does not have or hold to any perspective. Source IS. There is no reason that can reason with Source, as far as what was revealed to me.

Can I allow another to believe what they believe? Yes. Does that mean I cannot share my piece of the puzzle? Depends on how open one is and how secure one is in their beliefs and knowing.

To say to anyone that you cannot be enlightened unless you.... (we all have our limits on this) is to in essence say, if you do this you are not God yet. If you do not do this you are not God yet. Kind of like God saying to God, you're not God. 

I agree with you, with a little 'weird' or quirky twist. It's all good ~ It's all God.

Sometimes it takes looking under the covers to realize this, looking past the physical differences to see the Eternal and then allow Source to do the driving. Oh the places you go...

I truly InJoy this forum, and I was Divinely led to participate along with all others here. I will share that there are some limitations to typing in that we cannot hear anothers voice intonations. I smiled the whole time writing yesterday. I felt Love flowing from within, extending outward through my fingertips. This is what it is like for me when I am Being called to step forward and be a vessel of Love's Light. I truly believe this is True for all. This does not make me 'special', just willing to show up and Be this. I can only share from my own self position (perception) and trust the course of what comes through. I do not question IT so much anymore. It may not be for you or Adrian yet it is for someone. I do not decide this. I just open myself to IT. Life is an adventure this way. One nevers knows...

Before I come in here, I've already given my day to Source and Source's leading. Source is the Source of Unconditional Love.

So I truly mean this Laura. Please continue to believe as you do, if this brings you peace, I'm your cheerleader. Why? Because I believe for you and all what I believe and know is True for myself. We grow, we truly do not stop growing.

I guess I will have to be more careful with my joking side as I would never under any circumstances project things as such.

I grew up in a belief system that there is no royalty and everyone is equal. Then people started telling me on how I am and how I should not be like that and that is something wrong with me. Something inside me told me all the time to not listen to them because I am perfect the way I am, (thank God for those that told me I’m a ray of sunshine in their lives).   And… deep down I knew I was a princess and a Fairy and slowly started to make my own kingdom in that secret place in my mind.

Dear Adrian

I never worry, not anymore. Although when you said you tend to forget to eat that motherly side of me was on prompt call. I also do forget to eat at times and when my friends get a hold of that they gently remind me that I need to take care of myself, then.. I raise my eyes and I realize my girls also forget to eat - and kids can be cranky when hungry.

As you well pointed we have inherited habits from childhood - I grew up not knowing about neither a regular eating schedule nor about 3 regular meals a day being very important. When I had a husband he come from a family that stressed that hourly schedule with religiosity. That made me self-conscious especially when kids come to be, and gradual feelings of guilt and fear for abiding and keeping it up with the ‘normal’ meal schedule.
In time it killed me slowly.. . it was a time when it appear that my main mission was to make sure regular eating times are observed, and served. I felt trapped in some bizarre Stepford Wife type of functioning like a martyr at table and kitchen service, that was not me at all.
That was the time when I revisited my childhood, and appreciating my Mom’s freedom in terms of not abiding by the clock meal service, I made my forgiveness homework at re-visiting  the hungry no-breakfast no food prepared till later in the evening times endured in my early days.
Now, is all good. I do like to gather with my girls at the meal times though even if due to work or school might not be possible every day. And we all prefer as fresh as possible everything. I do my parental duty of making sure nobody goes hungry and from there total freedom for anyone for what they eat, when they eat and so on. Whatever makes them happy. And I mean everybody not strictly my family.
And having said this the mother side of me just wants to make me tell you. Please take care of yourself.

I am doing really good and I was hungry a lot today because I brain is in high gear mode as I got stricken by new ideas and inspiration – and at the same time like Adrian in my excitement not having time to invest in food foraging – okay it snowed quite a bit here and I was lazy to waste going down 10 floors get a bagel or something and leave everything 

Having said this I will also not have enough time to bring my usual huge lot of contribution (time again for intense study and work).

It is an interview with a guy that lives on light.
Remember I said I am not too much into eating... well, it seems I could be on the right path. I always wondered why I survive so much better by hardly eating much. Now , if he is correct, I know.
So, I don't even have to join in with the vegan quest. Linda Goodman said to quit heavy foods bit by bit... i.e: less meat for six months, then less chicken/fish , then less vegies, then less fruit, eventually be a breatharian.  This guy doesn't tell you how, but it shows it is possible.
I agree with heaps of his stuff about everyone eating too much. ( Food is a lust, therefore we perhaps can be weaned off it).
I always had a feeling that eating was killing, and not good for us. Hmmmm... lots to ponder about this site I have put here. Amazing. I would love as many answers as possible once you have read it. It is only a few minutes to read.

Thank you for sharing this link.  Before I read or approach anything I Ask for Divine Wisdom and Discernment, so I can only share with you what came through as  I read this. Again, this is what came through for me.

Avoid Extremes. What is good for one may not necessarily be for another.

Most people eat out of boredom or because they are dehydrated I've noticed. I wouldn't rule out any part of this experience. Just sample or moderation in all things keeps me from getting caught up in all the potential extremes.
