Yes, we respect everybody's free will, but, in the same time, go with the flow.

If we are moved to call forth someone's energy, that is in divine order, and meant to happen, to our highest good.

They might choose to respond, and show up...

So, much Love to Adrian, Darell, Talker, Freedom, Jasmeen, DH, and many other silent brothers and sisters!

We love you deeply and would cherish your presence here!

Sincerely,

Leila

Hmm... toe tapping ...Adrian?

Alacazammm? Alacazaa?

Bing bang boom?

Finger scratching head...hmmm...?

The overwhelming sense of anticipation here is rather stimulating and exciting, don't you agree?

Laura..

When did Adrian challenge us to a 40 day fast?

I bought a juicer before and it only makes a tiny bit of Juice. Most of the fruit is still in the top! It seemed like a rip off. I have Juice but its all Pasteurized! The Juice (lemon-aid) I make myself is, fuck it I'm to lazy.

Oh Adrian still pops in now and then - I guess to peruse through the forums to see what everyone is currently talking about.  He popped in just yesterday according to his "Last Active" date.  As a lot of you probably already know he's usually pretty quiet while working on his projects.  This is the longest I've seen him quiet since 2006 when these forums were really quiet - a bit longer than his previous projects.  His latest project must be really big.  shocked  He's usually quite active again once his project is released.

The juice diet thing does sound interesting.  I'm 7 months now into the raw fruits and vegetables diet and it's been fantastic.  My daily diet consists mostly of 2 green smoothies or 1 green smoothie and 1 fruit smoothie per day and maybe a salad with yummy fruits and veggies.  smiley  I have a Green Star GS-3000 but it's a lot of work to make the juice.  The smoothies are so much faster and easier to make.  I could very easily live only off the smoothies.  The salads I eat are mostly filler foods so that I feel like I ate something, but very nutritious as they contain avacados, tomatoes, black olives, onions, cucumbers, zuccini, and garlic etc. - no lettuce.  The salads take a while to make as well, and I was just thinking the other day that maybe I'll just drink the smoothies for a while and nothing else because I prefer to do other things than spending time making the salads.  The smoothies have more than enough needed for proper nutrition.  Anyway, I just go with the flow.  There's no telling what I'll actually do.  wink

Hi Lois and Laura,  smiley

I'm also replying to Lois' post in the earthquake thread:  wink

Kai!!!! How are you doing on your Organic Diet buddy?

This raw organic vegan diet is wonderful!  I absolutely love this new diet and I will never go back to the way I used to eat.  Now that I'm totally vegan as far as my diet is concerned I am now doing lots of research on becoming self sufficient, which includes growing my own food I love to eat.  I've even created my own personal blog to help me research ways to become totally self reliant and getting off the grid.  In case anyone is interested in becoming self sufficient here is all the information I've been researching so far and continues to grow:

http://inward-journey.blogspot.com/2009/06/transition-towns.html
http://inward-journey.blogspot.com/2009/06/community-gardening.html
http://inward-journey.blogspot.com/2009/06/gardening.html
http://inward-journey.blogspot.com/2009/07/information-and-ideas-for-free-and.html

I still haven't finished adding a lot of very useful information due to time.  I'm sure the blog will always be a work in progress, but it already has a lot of useful information.  It's mostly links to other sites I've been researching.  It has very little of my own comments.

Dear Kai,

Becoming Self-sufficient is definably a worthwhile task. More power to you. However I don't think I have what it takes to be Amish myself. That is why I spend so much of my energy on wanting to become good looking, youthful, charismatic, and developing mind control. I am not someone who can take care of myself.

P.S. Don't ever call me Lois again.

In Peace and Love

It's okay Kai, I thought it was a typo then I saw you did it twice.

Hey there is something I need to ask you. How is your eye sight? Has it changed since your diet? I don't wear contacts or glasses but my eye sight isn't perfect so this is something I am interested in..

I haven't noticed any differences in my eyesight.  I've always had perfect eyesight, and I don't wear glasses or contacts either, so that may be the reason why I haven't noticed any changes as of yet.

That is strange. Some people just seem to have really good eye sight no mater what. There are others who have very white teeth too no mater what. I wonder why..
