Hello Midnyght
I can totally relate to
“and had a "deja vu" so it was as if I had a "deja vu" of a "deja vu" if you can try to wrap your mind around that.” – it is happening many times to me. After being perplexed by it I realised that it is a fluke of the linear timeline meant to bring even more into my attention that everything actually occurs in the ‘eternal now’.
“1. Sometimes I can take the feeling of others and the state of the current world and logically process all the events and come with one outcome and a feeling that this is the one that happens and it does”You are aware that we life in a sea of multiple individuals seeking and willing to connect with their higher power which in the end it is indeed all ‘one’, therefore it is not surprising that more and more of us can pick up on certain thoughts and vibes, and especially you as it seems that you are such an emphatic soul.
The real danger for an empathic person is actually to want to do more for others that it’s actually supposed to do. Remember we are all here on a learning path of our own and like with children giving them too much and making it to easier for them we actually deprive them of finding their own way, which it is the essence of growing through experience. I am talking about your inner desire to do something about what you think you see.
Regarding first set of 1, 2, 3 ,4, I can see on how conflicted you are inside, and at the same time it is perfectly normal for you to be so.
This usually happens when we put to much importance on processing things of the non-matter realm with our logical intellect. Non-matter realm can be anything in the category:
spiritual mysteries, emotions, feelings and so on.
The irony is that we are designed to be like this and is simply a balance between the left and right brain that helps humans survive and cope in the physical world, while adding to our uniqueness and creativity force.
An expanded explanation would surpass the scope of this post, however at least for me the knowledge behind this subject is indeed fascinating.
So rest assured that what you are going through is perfectly normal and natural (obviously applied to your unique experience).
Anyway when ‘conflict’ is at the order of the day the best course of ‘action’ is to release, disconnect and shift or switch.
It is highly advisable for you to do this as in time inner conflict can potentially express outward in any form of disease and/or ailment. On top of that it can become debilitating to your function in the world and consequently affect your entire frame and even worse it can stunt your progresssion.
Basically:
You need to ‘disconnect’ then realise it’s been taken care of. What is happening here is that
your mind processes which are in ‘output processing mode’ – or in other words making a sense in the whole shebang -
are stuck on a dead-end loop. And, the more you are at it the more you will spin in a never-ending, conflicting thought processing loop.
How to ‘disconnect’: you may use any techniques you are comfortable with and you totally trust and believe in, the only condition that you need to obey.
These can be any of the following:
- meditation techniques and I believe Adrian at some point gave us a good introductory in it:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e0rSmxsVHPE- if you are coming from a religious background and trust that use the prayers, rituals, etc. that will shift your focus away from your mind chatter and your need to ‘solve, control, or not control, etc..’ basically away from exactly the topic you just wrote here about
-
think about God – usually this when learned how to use it is the fastest and most direct solution, and this works for me with astounding results.
Thinking about ‘God’ it means that you release all control over it and rest your conflicting thoughts by discarding them onto God. Think of it (as an image) of a huge load that you carry solely on your shoulder and feel responsible to take it to someplace or else!!!, and it is clearly to much for you to handle yet your responsibility sitting at your core won’t allow you to just discard it … and you are simply stuck. Imagine you give this load in God’s trust ..and TRUST that it has been taken care of and for sure it will be and much better then you could have ever thought you would.
A detailed description of this can be found under the title “THE GOLDEN KEY TO PRAYER” – an excerpt from Emmet Fox who was an amazing being living on Earth at the turn of last century, and this is the essence of it:
“you must stop thinking of the trouble, whatever it is. The rule is to think about God, and if you are thinking about your difficulty you are not thinking about God. Your object is to drive the thought of the difficulty right out of your consciousness, for a few moments at least, substituting for it the thought of God. This is the crux of the whole thing.”: http://emmetfox.wwwhubs.com/foxspks.htm I can assure you that once you can manage to do this, light will shed on all the experiences that you are having: visions, impressions, urges to do something, agonising on how to help in the view of what you are seeing, and etc etc … this sort of thing.
I have to tell you one more thing, when you are out of it you may find yourself in a totally different position on how you look at all this. It may come as a surprise, because one of the hardest hurdle for a human to do is to master the ‘to let go’ principle, or in other words your attachment to it (whatever that is).
When that happens however it is one of the most joyful spiritual experience and realisation.
Good luck!
